Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Flate rate of $10 Australia wide
• FREE Shipping Aus Wide for orders $75+
• International - Weight based shipping 

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@enrichedbotanicals.com

Refund and Returns

Contact us with your concerns and we will organize to replace or refund your product once it has been returned to us. Return shipping is at your cost. Note, refund not available after 30 days from purchase.

We will happily refund/exchange your products within 30 days of purchase if product packaging is faulty, or not seeing results. Return shipping is at your cost. We will then determine if that cost will be refunded. After 30 days we will issue a store credit or exchange.

And also include the following information:

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
